11.06.05: PETER KUNTZ/PHILIPPE TREUILLE
Peter Kuntz began his relationship with the Chicago Humanities Festival in 1994, serving as a donor of pro bono marketing services and as a Festival volunteer. He joined the Festival staff in 2002 as marketing and communications director. In late 2003, he assumed responsibility in the programming area as well. As associate producer, Peter worked with the programming staff to help envision and plan the full range of programs for the fall Festivals of 2003 and 2004. He also worked extensively with development and marketing to ensure sponsorships and other funding and audience-building opportunities. Previously, Peter served in senior management roles at DDB Needham, Publicis and other Chicago marketing and advertising agencies over a 22-year period. A graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, he brings broad experience in administration, management,
communications, and strategic planning to the CHF.
Philippe Treuille composed The Lit Show's brand new theme music. He is a Music Composition major at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
