NEWS:
Scottish saxophonist Raymond MacDonald stopped by the studio on Sunday,
August 8 to chat a little and play some too. We’ll play this
session on Wednesday, August 11 at 9:00am CST. Also, we’ve added
a few CDs from the group he leads with George Burt. Check
below. Thanks again to Raymond MacDonald.
Also, WNUR is proud to support the Interchange Festival 2004. It
runs from August 18-21 with performances at a bunch of great Chicago
venues and stores. The purpose of the festival is to raise
political awareness and encourage voter mobilization. Check out
the website for more information: http://www.interchange2004.org/
