GENERAL COMMENTS

• Mats Gustafsson and Ken Vandermark came by WNUR Tuesday for an interview with John Corbett and played three live duet improvisations on tenor sax and clarinet respectively. Gustafsson played four concerts during his second Chicago visit this year, including a trio performance Wednesday at the Empty Bottle with Malachi Favors and Hamid Drake. We'll be adding two new Gustafsson CD's in coming weeks.
