Inner Life is mostly known for “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” (on which Brown is also a featured vocalist), but this other single by the band showcases a much slicker, zestier, more danceable side. And with the single reaching number 7 on the US Dance Billboard charts, it found substantial airtime in disco clubs in the late 70s and early 80s.
