Today’s track comes from Italo-disco act G.A.N.G., off a 1983 12″ of the same name put out by Discomagic Records. The track itself is a cover of both “Incantations” and “Foreign Affair,” songs originally by Mike Oldfield (of “Tubular Bells” fame). “Incantations” also saw the input of producer Roberto “Robyx” Zanetti, who amassed a sizable list of production credits through the ’80s and ’90s—and whose work would come to define much of the ’90s Eurodance sound. Not much else is written about them, but G.A.N.G. did put out one other record, the “KKK.” 12″ released the same year.

Hey, don't be a jerk on the internet.
