Coming up on the Sunday August 21 Show We'll be playing a cut or two off of the new Dar Williams CD - which won't be in stores until September 13th and we'll be joined by singer-songwriter Hope Littwin in the 11:00 hour. We attended the medical benefit concert last night at Schubas for Jan Lucas. Tim Grimm and Jan performed along with their musician friends including Don Stiernberg, Chris Walz, Laura Hall and Megon McDonough. In honor of Jan's remission from Leukemia, we'll be playing a song performed in studio from Tim and Jan's visit with us from last December. We're re-posting the entire interview here as a Podcast. Tim's new CD "Backfields" will be out this October. The Podcast includes two songs that will be on "Backfields" - the title track and a beautiful duet with Jan - "Lost and Found". 4:08:16 PM    comment []

Kat Eggleston On July 11,2004, we sat down with Chicago singer-songwriter Kat Eggleston. Since this interview, Kat has left the band Bohola and is concentrating full-time on her solo career.
